Challenge

The client had a need to create a new scheduling platform for automotive services, specifically for exchanging license plates to the Mercosur model. The platform also required an admin interface for registering new members, managing appointments, and other functions.

Solution

Through dynamic sessions with the stakeholder, we understood the needs, conducted a comprehensive mapping of various user flows, and formed a squad to handle this solution by applying cross-functional sprints with developers, managers, and others. We went through wireframing, validations, internal and client testing, prototyping, and designing interfaces with the design system, as well as creating a capture landing page and email flow.
