To conduct a comprehensive study to present a product redesign.
The company is one of the leaders in the credit recovery segment in Brazil, with over 20 years of experience.
Solution
The proposal was to enhance user usability and bring more agility to the creditor in negotiating their debts. After the entire discovery process, research, internal and external interviews, and ideations, a plan was devised to simplify the user flow within the product, as well as to provide a more streamlined visual, with new components and improved writing throughout the product. Below are some wireframe images as a navigable prototype.
